BuoyApply is in private beta. This notice covers the waitlist and this website. A full privacy policy for the BuoyApply app will be published before invited members start using it.

Who we are

BuoyApply is a product of Alpha Pearl Ventures LLC, 60 S MacArthur Blvd, Coppell, Texas, USA. Contact: hello@withbuoy.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. The waitlist form is run by Tally (Tally BV), which stores your submission on our behalf.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your email only to invite you to BuoyApply and to send occasional updates about the private beta. We do not sell your email or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
